When should I apply?

Applications are encouraged years in advance; however, submitting an application early in the year prior to commencement provides enough time for the enrolment process.

Applications can be submitted at any time throughout the year; however, positions may or may not be available for late applications.

How do I enrol my child?

Enrolment Applications can be submitted through our online portal. Click here to be taken to the application form.

Do I need to be a Christian or attend a church to enrol at WCCS?

No; however, parents/guardians need to be supportive of the school’s Statement of Faith. If you are not currently attending a church, the Enrolment Policy allows for parents or caregivers to attend a course explaining the Christian faith and services at Wyong Baptist Church. This course is called Understanding Faith. If at the conclusion of this course you agree to support and uphold the Christian values of the school, at the Pastor’s/Principal’s discretion, a place on the waiting list may be offered. This will be determined at your enrolment meeting, conducted at the completion of the course.

How often does the Understanding Faith Course run and how many sessions do I need to attend?

The Understanding Faith Course is offered three times per year and involves attendance at four evening sessions. For dates and details on upcoming courses, please contact our Registrar.

Does my child need to have been baptised or christened to enrol?

This is not a requirement for enrolment. We do ask; however, that parents/caregivers are supportive of the school’s Statement of Faith.

What is the cost to apply?

A non-refundable Enrolment Application fee of $75 per child is payable upon submission of the application form. No other fees are payable until the first term of school fees are due, just prior to commencement.

What is the enrolment process?

Please click here to be taken to the Steps to Enrol section of our website.

Is there an entrance test or enrolment meeting?

To be offered a place, parents/guardians need to attend an enrolment meeting with the Principal and a Head of School. The enrolment meeting is scheduled upon receipt of an Enrolment Application.

Students routinely undertake academic assessments prior to commencement. This does not affect a place being offered and is merely used to assist our teaching staff to meet each student’s individual needs.

I already have a child enrolled at WCCS, will siblings automatically have a place?

Siblings are given priority for places of enrolment; however, to enable this an Enrolment Application needs to be submitted early in the year prior to desired commencement.

On some occasions, grades remain full for several years. Consequently, Enrolment Applications are encouraged to be submitted earlier than the timeframe stated above.

How much are your school fees?

Please click here for the School Fees section on our website which includes our School Fee Schedule and Fee Calculator.

How can I calculate my school fees?

Please click here to use our School Fee Calculator.

Are there any sibling discounts?

We do offer sibling discounts. The first child in a family is billed at the full rate, the second child at a reduced 2nd child rate and 3rd and subsequent children at a substantially reduced rate.

How are school fees billed?

The annual School Fee is invoiced equally over four School Terms (including the Year 12 fee). You will receive an invoice via email approximately two weeks before the end of the current term with the next term’s fees. These fees are due to be paid by the last day of the current term.

When are school fees due?

School fees are to be kept one term in advance at all times. Fees for the following term are due in the last week of the preceeding term.

How can school fees be paid?

School fees can be paid by direct deposit to the school’s bank account (bank details are included on your invoice) or by cash at the front office.

Unfortunately, we do not offer credit card payments at this point in time.

Can I set up a regular direct debit payment?

Many families set up weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct payments from their banking software, so that when they receive their invoice at the end of the term, they have already prepaid some, if not all, of it.

Please include your surname and 'fees' as the reference for all payments.

What is included in school fees and what isn’t?

We offer a Global Fee approach, meaning that the annual School Fee amount is inclusive of textbooks, sport, camps and excursions.

The Secondary School (Years 7-12) Personal Laptop Program (PLP) and the Managed Device Program are not included in School Fees.

Some extracurricular activities (Duke of Ed, Band etc.) will incur some additional charges.

Students who elect to attend/study a TVET or Online Course will incur additional charges. These courses can vary in price.

Does WCCS have a building fund?

We want to see our school flourish in all areas, including the ongoing growth and development of our buildings and grounds. One way that families may consider helping, is to make a voluntary donation to our school’s tax-deductible building fund. School fees on their own are insufficient to cover all capital works projects, but this is one way in which you may be able to assist the school community. If you would like to make a donation, please contact our accounts team or Chief Financial Officer for further information.
